Phil Bentley was born on 1959, is a British businessman. He is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Mitie, and formerly the CEO of Cable & Wireless Communications and the managing director of British Gas, the British retail arm of the energy company Centrica.
Phillip Keague Bentley was Group chief executive officer of Cable & Wireless Communications from January 2014 until its sale to Liberty Global in May 2016. Prior to this, Phil Bentley was a member of the Board of Centrica from 2000 to 2013.
